Davon is a political strategist passionate about helping people make an impact in the world, with over 20 years of experience working in political affairs. He has worked on three presidential campaigns, worked for President Clinton at the White House, lobbied Congress on issues such as health care and education, and also ran for political office himself.

In 2020, Davon was named to the National Institute of Lobbying and Ethics' top 20 list for his work in political affairs, and was again named to the top 20 list for his work in advocacy by the Advocacy Association. Award winners are nominated by peers who work in political affairs throughout Washington, DC. These awards are given to professionals who demonstrate the ability to lead with innovation, advancing their profession and helping others through leadership and mentoring.

Davon has appeared on the CSPAN television network, syndicated talk shows, and radio, and wrote a political column for a local newspaper for 12 years. Currently, Davon also serves as a court-appointed member of the Prince William County Zoning Appeals Board, overseeing issues about growth in the county, and a Commissioner for Virginia Housing Authority. Davon is also a 12 year veteran, serving in the United States Army National Guard and Reserves.

Davon has been married to his wife, Sherri, for 29 years. Davon and Sherri both have two daughters.
